For the umpteenth time, I am upstarting the ole 503Blog. 

Why? Well, I have some cool stuff going down and I thought I’d share. First on the list is a sort-of secret project that I’ve been working on with a few other people here in Portland. 

We spent a weekend filming a local guy that is looking to become a fashion designer and is involved in a lot of marketing / nightlife scenarios. Needless to say we got some really fun footage of his “fashion show” and the surrounding chaos. 

I just completed editing a pitch video for a tv show based on this lifestyle to bring to L.A. My business partners on this have several connections and we are already getting meetings set up.

Next on the list is GRIND9. It’s a fashionable art T-Shirt line that I created with my brother, Jeff. He built us a hand made screen printing press from a pile of lumber and wood screws and I’ve been working on designs, making screens from scratch.

Photography has slid to the back burner as these projects have been launching, but fret not followers, I’ll be setting up some shoots this Fall. The light in Portland is too good to waste!

Another up and coming project is a telephone company that Jeff is starting. I will be the local Creative Director to help launch it. It’s called 503Telephony and we’ll be offering the very latest in VOiP technology to businesses and residential homes this Fall. Stay tuned for more on that front!
